How fast will I get matched?
RAVEN is designed for sub-90-second matching. Once your request comes in, our engine surfaces available vetted servicers in your area immediately.
Does it cost anything to use RAVEN as a homeowner?
No. RAVEN is completely free for homeowners. No matching fee, no subscription, no commission.
How do I know the servicer is legit?
Every servicer goes through vetting. We verify license, insurance, and service area before they can appear in any match.
What if the match is not a good fit?
Let us know and we will rematch you. Quality matches are the only thing RAVEN is built around.
When does RAVEN launch in my area?
We are in pre-launch. Join the waitlist and you will be first to know when we go live in your market.
For servicers
How do I get on the platform?
Apply using the servicer application. We review every applicant manually and aim to respond within 48 hours.
What trades does RAVEN support?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, ADU builds, painting, landscaping, and remodeling. More are coming as our network grows.
How is RAVEN different from Angi or Thumbtack?
We do not sell the same lead to multiple contractors. RAVEN matches on fit and availability, no bidding wars.
What does the subscription include?
Job matches pushed to your phone, verified badge, full job briefs before contact, and for founding members, exclusive territory.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause or cancel any time. Founding member rates are preserved as long as your account stays active.
